Post Construction Cleaning
Whether it’s a newly built home, or new addition, or minimal cosmetic changes, your newly completed home project should be treated with the care it deserves. Insert: us. We recommend a 2 phase series for this type of cleaning, consisting of a rough cleaning, and a final.
Deep Cleaning
This services is for homes that have not been professionally cleaned in over (1) month. This service tackles all of the stuff, like hard water build up on shower doors, inside of appliances and more! We include all supplies and equipment to make your home sparkle from top to bottom.
Move In/Out Cleaning
This service is for vacant homes that need a top to bottom cleaning, including inside appliances, cabinets, closets, and drawers throughout. Whether you’re moving in or out, moving can be stressful. Let us take care of the cleaning for you.

Please note: we may require a deep cleaning to begin any recurring cleaning schedule with us (weekly, bi-weekly). Deep cleaning pricing is found under our “services” section above. On average, you can expect to spend approx. $550 for a deep clean of most average size homes (less than 3,000 sqft) if needed. For recurring services, you can expect to spend between $200-$300.
