Our services
As of January 1, 2023, this pricing reflects for all clients of Professional Touch Cleaning.
Deep Cleaning.
$55/hour per staff member. We work in teams of 2-4 for this category. You may choose how many hours you’d like to pay for, or pay upon completion of the entire job. We have a 10 labor hour minimum ($550) for this category (2 staff for 5 hours or 3 staff for 3.33 hours). During this cleaning, we perform all of our standard (yet awesome!) services. We also include the tough stuff like removing hard water build up, cabinets, trim work, light fixtures and more. If you are on a recurring professional cleaning schedule, but it has been more than 3 weeks since your last cleaning, we require a deep cleaning. Please note, we do not perform bio-hazard cleaning, pet waste removal (including litter boxes/ spilled litter), hoarding cleaning, carpet cleaning or restoration services. If your home requires one of these services, we will be unable to provide service.
Post Construction Cleaning.
$55/hour per staff member. We work in teams of 2-4 for this category. You may choose how many hours you’d like to pay for, or pay upon completion of the entire job. We recommend a rough cleaning, and a final cleaning. We have a two hour, two staff minimum for this category. We include all of our standard services, plus remove adhesives on appliances, counters, windows, and fixtures. We clean up leftover dry wall dust, nails, carpet remnants and more.
Professional Maintence Cleaning.
$50/hour per staff member. We typically work in teams of one to two for this category, with a $250 service minimum. This type of cleaning is for homes that are on a weekly or bi-weekly rotation, and have been maintained, or professionally cleaned within the last 2 weeks. If you are a new client-you MUST have a deep clean with us before starting any professional cleaning with us. We do not offer professional cleaning on a monthly basis- only deep cleaning.
Business Cleaning.
We bring all supplies needed to clean offices, restrooms, break rooms & common areas. If you are interested in this type of cleaning, we will send a proposal outlining more specific details.
Football Season / Airbnb Cleaning.
Go Irish! If you’re looking for a team of professionals to to take care of your cleaning needs during football season, look no further! We will take care of all the after party clean up, change + wash sheets on all beds, + wash and restock all towels. We have a limited amount of spaces available for home games for the 2024 season, so contact us today.
Move in/ Move out Cleaning.
$55/hour per staff member. We work in teams of 2-4 for this category. You may choose how many hours you’d like to pay for, or pay upon completion of the entire job. We have a 10 labor hour ($550), two staff minimum for this category. This includes all of the items in the deep cleaning category + inside closets, cabinets and drawers throughout the home.
